Shipping and delivery information

Gayatri Jewellers ships within India to pincodes serviceable by Sequel Logistics. International delivery is not currently offered.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Dispatch takes place on the next available courier pickup.

Estimated overall delivery is 3–7 business days from confirmation of the order and required payment, including processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery charges and payment

The shipping charge displayed at checkout is the final delivery charge. The current charge is ₹479 once per order, including orders containing multiple malas. No separate insurance or handling charge is added afterward.

For prepaid orders, the full order amount is paid online. For partial-COD orders, 10% of the jewellery price and the full shipping charge are paid upfront. The remaining jewellery balance is payable on delivery. Preparation and dispatch do not require payment of that delivery balance in advance.

Tracking

After dispatch, our team shares the tracking number and link via WhatsApp and adds tracking information to the Shopify order for customers to access from their order-status page.

Receiving your parcel

Please keep a valid government-issued ID ready for Sequel’s delivery verification. Share the delivery OTP only when receiving the parcel. Open-box delivery is not available.

If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, contact our team immediately on WhatsApp. For missed delivery attempts, our team will coordinate with the customer and Sequel. After the included attempts are exhausted, our team will contact the customer once to discuss the next step.

Shipping support

For delays, missing shipments, or a shipment marked delivered but not received, contact Gayatri Jewellers with your order number. Our team will follow up with Sequel, request delivery proof where appropriate and keep you updated.

For urgent delivery requirements, contact us as early as possible to check available options. Urgent delivery is subject to confirmation.
